"I was referred to Dr. Kermani by the MAYO clinic in Arizona. I have been under her care for few years now. She takes her time with the patient, listens carefully, make correct notes, you do not have to repeat yourself, and she truly cares!! my last visit was for treating locking fingers. As usual, listens and gave me various treatments options. Definitely recommend her for care."

"DANGEROUS! Seriously, RUN from this place!! Or you may be sorry. Although the doctor seemed experienced and was very nice, what happened just now, the day before my procedure, AND the instructions on the preparation being incomplete, is intolerable and dangerous. THE PREP INSTRUCTIONS (and this isn't even the worst part of what happened!): This is not my first time getting a colonoscopy and typically, you start your prep THE DAY BEFORE...yes...the key word is DAY. These instructions said to take the first laxative (Magnesium Citrate) before bedtime 2 NIGHTS before the procedure. There was ZERO warning on the instructions that the laxative could occur in an instant WHILE you're asleep. Need I continue? Disgusting. Horrible. Absolutely ruined king size mattress and comforter. When I called and told the nurse what happened, she really couldn't care less. She just said, "Yeah, everyone reacts differently to how fast their bodies react to the laxative." And when I told her that there should at least be a warning that this gross accident can happen, she said she'd mention it to the doctor, she did not. She really just didn't care. THE DAY BEFORE THE PROCEDURE (this is where it gets totally unacceptable and dangerous) The nurse called me 20 hours before the procedure while I was in the thick of the preparation, and told me that it seems there won't be an anesthesiologist there OR an anesthetist, so the doctor would have the task of performing the colonoscopy while making sure the drugs continue to work on me. AND the drug they would ordinarily use would need to be changed to something else because the doctor is only allowed to use certain ones. The doctor told the nurse to inform me that he could certainly do the procedure but, with the change in anesthesia, I can expect possible vomiting upon waking up, continued nausea, and a longer recovery time. WHO WOULD SAY "YES" TO THAT?! Obviously, I cancelled since I was just informed that it may not be safe. So here I am looking for another doctor to perform this. Shocking. Buyer beware!!"
