"Dr. You evaluated and performed laser surgery for a torn retina. He was calm, reassuring, and confident. Though he is a busy clinician, he took adequate time to explain my issue and treatment. The office is busy, yet the staff is professional and efficient."

"First, the office is dirty. In the waiting room, I ended up with a bug in my hair. The front desk person kept putting his fingers in his mouth, and the rest of the staff members were mean; when I returned from getting water, I had to buy it b/c the water fountain didn't work, and it had trash/hair in it and asked to go back with my spouse. Dr. Cunningham was combative, aggressive, argumentative, impatient, uncaring, and lacked interest in a collaborative team approach to her care plan. We were referred from the ED that morning for an eye issue, and she could not be bothered to show any compassion for our situation. When asked questions, she was visibly impatient and offended and seemed committed to orchestrating a confrontation. Despite being visibly anxious, she criticized word choice and was confrontational when I tried to ask a question about the treatment plan. I was not rude or argumentative, but I had legitimate concerns. We distrust her completely. I don't know WHY she's a DR!!"

"I have never been treated with such lack of courtesy and professionalism by a medical provider. Dr. Grant treated me like I was unworthy of respect or medical attention. If you have a chalazion, Dr. Grant won’t try to help you because what he's basically saying is that he is tired of being referred patients with that issue when they should just have better hygiene. He just says “what do you want me to do?” Avoid him at all costs if you don't want a very unpleasant experience. I cried in the waiting area from how upset he made me and how helpless he made me feel."
