"I had a new patient appointment with her which lasted 8 minutes though it was booked for 45 minutes - throughout the call Dr.Kaushal was more interested in taking notes and seemed impatient. I wanted a PCP to get my annual blood work so I didnt worry too much about the first visit. I met her again to review the results - she had very little to say and said results look normal. I noticed my LDL levels had increased (vaguely remembered that it was not at these levels from 2 years ago) and wanted to touch upon it - she was able to pull up my older results and said that I was right. I was hoping she would go over the results in depth, compare against previous results and provide recommendations - none of which happened and it was the same impatient attitude. Another time I had severe back pain and wanted to see her in person - that is when she told me she is fully remote which was unexpected since I wanted a PCP I could see in person whenever I wanted."
