"Mina Ally is the worst doctor in both professional skills and bedside manner. She’s the only doctor I have ever known who wished to assume the responsibility of insurance. After she mishandled a simple procedure on my face and I went to see her again to have it fixed, she refused to admit the mistake or provide further treatment. What's unbelievable is that she wrote in my medical record that my skin problem was “cosmetic” and that I should “pay out of pocket”. I complained about her to my insurance and got to see another dermatologist. Of course, it’s fully covered by the insurance, and the treatment was very successful. Why would Mina Ally try to make me pay out of pocket? The only answer is: she’s a mean person who is not worthy of the doctor's profession which calls for compassion in the first place. My advice: there are so many good doctors out there, try every means to avoid Mina Ally!!!"

"The practitioner spent 2 minutes while I waited 10 minutes. It does not matter if I wait for a long time but what the practitioner says matters. The treatment is not good and I waited for one month, still not receive any notice from walgreens about how to pick up the medicine the practitioner gave me. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND! AWAY FROM THIS PRACTITIONER!! "

"Was referred in, but twice the office staff said the right referral did not arrive. The first time they told me once I got there but said I could pay $120 instead. I said No and would reschedule. Again they said they needed a new referral which I got from my PCP and confirmed with them it was for the right treatment. I called to confirm with this office beforehand and they said Yes. I got there and the doctor proceeded to tell me it wasn’t the right referral. He then talked at me for much longer than needed then got angry when I was upset and wanted to leave. Truly a horrible doctor. Staff seems nice but incompetent. The office also cannot print you any detailed visit receipt; they have a “send it by mail.” The office layout of the exam rooms also leave nearly no privacy for patient if the door opens to exam room. "

"This place is like a business. Doesn’t feel like a doctors office, more like a mall from the moment you enter. I arrived 20 min before my appointment so all the paperwork would be done in a timely way. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes after the paperwork. I was ushered into a room and asked to wait for the doctor. I waited almost 30 minutes beyond my actual appointment time for the doctor to arrive. The moment she entered it felt like she had o e foot out the door. I told her my problem. She immediately gave me a flyer and told me to come back for a biopsy. This barely took 5 minutes. She told me she would not be able to see me for my other problem which needed immediate attention and I would have to schedule a second appointment. I had gone to her for more than one thing. Then soon she said she can see me for it when I come back for the biopsy. When I told her if she could quickly take a look at an itchy rash on my shins which I got from airbags. Without fully listening to me, she told me it was lichen platanus and it was related to my other problem. She asked her assistant to give me a brochure. When I said taking an antihistamine reduces the itching, she said antihistamine will not help. But at the same time she did not offer any solution either. This was the end of the appointment. When I scheduled my biopsy, I got a date of one month later. So they’re expecting me to wait for a month to get seen for a rash that need an attention now. If a brochure or a flyer would resolve my problem, I would just go to the internet and look it up. I went to see her because I wanted a doctor to help me figure out what it may be. Furthermore when she mentioned a blood test, I said I had done one 3-4 months ago. She scribbled a fax # on a piece of paper and asked me to fax it. Most doctors I have been to in the last few years can directly get test results from other doctors easily. They want me to fax it to them? I don’t have a fax machine so now I have to go to a place that can fax it for me? Overall a bad experience. Needless to say I have cancelled my appointment and found another dermatologist. "
