"At the request of my family dentist to schedule surgery with well regarded Dr. Berger, his office staff lacks 'bed-side manner" and is poorly managed. Attempted to get in touch with Dr. Berger to talk about my specific challenges to schedule an appointment with my daughter that is abroad. Despite speaking to office staff, leaving voice mails to have the scheduling team return my call (at the request of the office supervisor) and a final attempt to have my family dentist speak to Dr,. Berger, I'm still waiting. Be happy to talk to Dr. Berger to offer my constructive criticism anytime. "

"Dr Havas was amazing. I am a very nervous patient and he set my nerves to rest. He did a wonderful job on a difficult wisdom tooth extraction into my sinus cavity with great success!! Also removed a back molar next to the wisdom tooth at the same time. Again, my procedure, the recovery has been great. I would recommend him to others!! His office is amazing. "Dr. Robert Miner probably is very skillful oral surgeon, he has very good rating at yelp. However, I thought initially he was in-network to my insurance Aetna, his name show in Aetna website, claim as "In-network" in many locations. My general family dentist referred me to him, went to his location (16918 Dove Canyon Road Suite 207), then I found out he is "out of network". Then, called my insurance later and found out the location that he really practices at 16918 Dove Canyon Rd, and he doesn't register that location to Aetna. That's why he can charge parents for "out of network" prices. I felt I almost got scam but one good thing about him at least he listed all the break-down cost estimation first. "
