"I have had a nightmare of a time dealing with this office. The front desk staff is impossible to reach and rude when you do. I had a biopsy done and no one would tell me my results for days. I must have called ten time with no answer. And when I finally got someone on the phone, the receptionist told me I was being "impatient and rude" and then blurted out poor test results with no explanation or sympathy. These are people's lives they're dealing with and they have no attention or care. All of this is SO unfortunate because both times I've been in, I have loved Dr. Castillo herself. She's easy to feel comfortable around. I wish she would get new office staff--then I'd be likely to come back. "
