"My first appointment with Dr Gentile was ok, 5 minutes long and she asked general questions in order to order a laboratory blood exam, in my second appointment I had to wait for almost 1 hour for my Pap smear ( I was wearing the paper robe the whole time ) and to discuss with Dr, Gentile my laboratory results. The Pap smear was the MOST PAINFUL experience that I never had!, I felt like took forever to finish it, after that AWFUL experience she went to check the results of my blood exam, that was fast and not very informative for me, I had to schedule a 3rd appointment with her to evaluate some other tests but no, I’m not returning, I’m ew in the area and I’m going to keep looking for a more professional doctor. The front desk service is ok, nothing extraordinary and the facility looks old"
