Primary Care Doctors - Rowland Heights, CA

"I visited the doc and ask him to refer me to a specialist. Few days later, the front desk call me and ask me to make appointments with the specialist, which I did. However, the specialist said my name was not in their system as they didn't refer me successfully. So I call them, and they say i need go to their office again to pick up some approval paperwork.When I go there and ask them why the reference didn't go through. They suddenly said THEY FAX IT BUT IT DIDNT GO THROUGH. Then they tried a few times, still didn't go through. Then the front desk people started blame on me, because I didn't change my address in the medical group I use. And they start saying that they dont deal with my medical group that much. ARE U KIDDING ME??? I'm a patient, are you try to blame your patient for your fault? Then the woman in the front desk(the office manager I think) insulted me saying that nobody is like me coming to their office and waste their time. LOL, YOU GUYS ASKED ME TO COME TO YOUR OFFICE, OK? This is the WORST clinic and WORST office. "
