"It's been several months and I am still not on any biologic medication. The work up, however, has been consistent. For instance, I've been ordered to do countless labs, bone scans, xrays and still no progress or even medication that will control the flares. My RA has made me feel the most miserable I have ever felt in a very long time. Here at Dr. Reddy's office, it's been nothing but a long wait and then the front office is extremely disorganized. I have worked in the medical field for years, so I can say that the office is legitimately disorganized and unprofessional. The past few visits have seemed as though Dr. Reddy is just getting to know me and although I have expressed my frustration to the her and her office staff, nothing ever changes. I am finally making the change by coming onto this site and researching other RA providers. I should have done this sooner."

"Dr. Clewell is in it for each and every dollar. Today I called to get a prescription called in for some cough suppressant after having to go to a minute clinic yesterday. Because the clinic only has a nurse practitioner they are limited in what they can prescribe. I have flu diagnoses and received Tamaflu. Just needed cough syrup to sleep (can not take OTC). Wanted me to come in for office visit. Spent $100 for visit yesterday with Flu test. Willing to show them result but was refused. They wanted that office visit charge. I come in for check ups etc. POOR patient care! Smaller issues over the years as well. "

"I never went to this office. It took one phone call to this office for me to never go there and immediately change my PCP. I paid out of pocket at an Urgent Care rather than see the rude person that answered the phone and told me to take a Covid test rather than be seen by a doctor. I received proper care and do not have Covid no thanks to this staff."

"I was a patient of Dr Mamaril for over a year. He has shown himself to be rude and fairly dangerous for patients with real health care needs. He told me I needed to lose weight and when I didn’t, he told me he couldn’t understand why. “It’s just calories in vs. calories out.” With a nation wide obesity epidemic, why doesn’t everyone know that. Another time, I tried to engage with him and asked what should be a goal glucose level for my diabetes, which he responded in saying, “I don’t know, ZERO.” If I followed that, I’d be dead. This doctor is not safe! Stay Away"
