"The MA of this Dr. has no work ethic and work manners, We have been with this Dr for years and been a patiently with this Dr. and his stuff. The staff are just robots and rude, because they said it themselves that that are just doing what they were ask to do. The MA Tarren has no manners nor empathy with patients. She put you to the room and if you don't say word she will say a word not even, "hi or how are you? Or sorry you're not feeling well..." you will never get out of that for atleast 1 hour and a half to 2! If you're late they were ask to take the next patient after you, so you will have to 45 mins to hour at water waiting room and another 45 mins at the room before he sees you. The office manager will every staff on her office as she was also as to do so. His Nurse practioner is prompt and ontime except she miss diagnosed my husband with a bad headache and gave him niece, then couple days later I took him to Urgent care and told the dr in the urgent he can't move is neck and gave him Flexiril; he ended up in the emergency the next day, and the john Muir emergency dr said oh you're too young to have a stroke or aneurysm but will do CT scan and he with brain was rapture and already bleeding to death... John Muir is as bad as Kaiser, but atleast most ppl knowing Kaiser is bad but expected. But do you expect that from John Muir??? Just imagine under John Muir Network from your primary doctors office to John Muir urgent care to John muir emergency hospital, failed and missed diagnosed my husband!!! I advise to check ratings and experience of doctors and stuff, you might rather be in the lowest rating of hospital network than the highest because you will be disaappointed for unexpected highest level like John Muir!!!"
