"I went to Dr. Francis for military PTSD, she was absolutely wonderful and found what was going in just a few sessions. What amazed me is she picked up on small subtle comments I made and connected all the dots for me. Not just with the PTSD, but based on what we discussed pointed put my career choices were based on certain incidents around the PTSD situation. Her insight and attention to details is what impressed me. I highly recommend her, she is simply amazing to work with"

"Was seeking a new patient consultation for an ADHA evaluation that is needed by a licensed provider. I explained the situation for an evaluation needed by the FAA that can be done by any mental health provider. I did not feel that there was any willingness to help or seek any clarification that’s needed for this. The actually FAA evaluation is done by another provider, not Dr. Atkins, which he might have been confused that he would be doing that. Just needed a normal mental health evaluation, nothing out of the ordinary. Then he hung up on me. Didn’t feel that he was invested in the possible needs of my care. Not recommended based on a first impression. "
