Obstetricians and Gynecologists - Montebello, CA

"If I could give this office no starts I would give it no stars... This place is HORRIBLE! I've only been here twice and I will not be returning. First, plan on being there AT LEAST 2 1/2 hours. 1 hour waiting to get called, then at least an hour and 1/2 waiting for Dr. Aguilera to get to the office. Then at least 30 minutes while she sees the rest of her patients, then when she gets to you she'll be with you for like 15 minutes tops. Horrible bedside manner, and her staff is rude and do not attend well. The office is dirty and dated, looks like something out of the 70s. Do you want them to call you with your results? Nope, you have you call them. Do they tell you all the information you need? No. Definitely look anywhere else before coming here. "

"Recent change in staff, but for the most part this doctor and his staff do everything they can to accommodate patient needs. I have made several appointments that were basically afterhours for them, and they never seemed to rush me out or half-a$$ service. He is always on time as long as his patients are, and they will let you know if he is running late. Seems to genuinely care about patient wellbeing, and remembers treatments. What he doesn't remember he will check on the chart or ask. He is busy at both facilities he works at - appointments are a month or more out - so that says it all."
