"The professionalism of some of the office staff is a low. But it makes sense when the doctor clearly has no regard for their patients. To chat about a patient’s vagina while being overheard is not what I would expect but here we are. I suggest some courses on bedside manner and perhaps update your SOP’s on new patient procedures. Do some explaining of what will transpire and what the new patient should expect. The one office staff member that spoke to my daughter at the very end....thank you. She said you are very kind."
