"Dr. Pruthi really cares for his patients. He talks to you gently, explains in clear detail what may be going on with you, actively listens to your concerns and comments, and makes you feel almost like family. While in the waiting room, you don't wait for too long depending on how many patients there are. I only remember one time in my few visits to his office where I had to wait for an hour. It's usually 15, maybe 20 minutes from my experience. His staff answers phone calls every time I call outside their lunch hour, they are kind, and have never had any problems with their service. They also do phone appointments, but the one time I did one, it was with a nurse instead of Dr. Pruthi or his nurse practitioner Jane Smith (she's also great!). They do have staff that speaks Spanish."
