"So some folks don’t want humorous reviews, they want just the facts. So facts first: Dr. Saadi is awesome. He is punctual, friendly, extremely professional, knows what he is doing, presents the information about the procedures he will conduct and what you need to do in preparation clearly and in plain language. He makes SURE you understand what is going to happen and don’t walk out feeling uncomfortable or scared. You walk out feeling FINE. For those of you who care about these sorts of things, Dr. Saadi is also fairly easy on the eyes, if you catch my drift. He has a good sense of humor, but doesn’t let that get in the way of being an excellent doctor and practitioner of medicine. His staff is also AMAZING. Seram and Mariam are smart, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and get s*** done. There are others that I did not catch the names of, but all of Dr. Saadi’s staff are literally like a super rock band if that rock band all wore scrubs and Crocs. And don’t just take MY goofy word for it, this guy gets HIGHLY recommended by some of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. And they ALSO go to him. So this is a Doctor’s Doctor. This is like finding out the mechanic that other mechanics take their own personal cars to for specialized problems. You want THAT guy. In the case of gastroenterology (that’s such a hard word, can’t we just call them Butt Doctors? So much easier. I digress.), this is THE PERSON YOU WANT DOING THOSE THINGS. " I would never recommend Dr. Elsheik. It is so hard to be reach someone there by phone. He was completely unempathetic toward me when I mentioned his staff Romaine was rude to me twice. Also, he sets his office up so that many times, nobody is available during office hours to answer a call and they don’t call you back for hours even when you have left a message that you are in dire pain. I let him know about this and he said he doesn’t agree with me and is not going to change anything or say anything to Romaine. I wish I was not wasted a couple months waiting for a colonoscopy and to be treated in this unfair way."
