"I had visited the practice a number of times prior to 2020. DiSiena is a pleasant and intelligent professional. He runs an efficient family business with many services. One of the few chiropractors with the back office management to account for and thus accept insurance. Prior to 2020 my only complaint is often times it felt like an assembly line and his brand of adjustments are a bit cookie-cutter, I prefer when chiropractors revisit your current situation and specifically respond via the use of the less evasive Activator technique. But I ended my visits here after showing up for my appointment in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic (in the fall of 2020) and not a single person was wearing a mask. Not the 6 or so patients waiting in the lobby and not one employee that I could see. It was a nightmare twilight zone of weird beliefs superseding the safety of the general public. It was a risk I was not willing to take as a pregnant and high-risk person. I don't have the luxury of the world this practice owner and some of his patient community live in."
