"Have been seeing since 2016 for chronic and uncommon GI issues - he's been the most on top of it doctor I've seen in the process of figuring out what's going on and how to fix it. He's really thorough but not the type who rushes to do every test at once unnecessarily and leaves you exhausted - he always goes with the safest and least invasive route first and then works up from there. The one person who left a one star review seems to have just left a review about the staff (front desk is really hard to get through to) and they're ok, but to get around having to deal with the front desk Dr. Babakhanian has a patient portal for appointments and questions and is really on top of it (so you also don't have to keep coming back for follow ups if all that's needed is reviewing a test result). "

"I was switched to Dr. Duron by my insurance company. I did not see Dr. Duron however I saw his son. I only went to one visit and will never return. Staff was very unprofessional. First I was placed in a room with a random maintenance man. He was there to replace light bulbs in a machine... turned out it didn't need lightbulbs it was just unplugged. No one checked to see if it was plugged in?? Not a great start. Ended up doing a basic physical and was sent for blood work. They did not know how to fill out the paper work and the Dr. even said to me "I know I'm supposed to sign this somewhere". After they fumbled through all that I finally went to get blood work done and I was never told to fast prior to getting blood drawn. So I could not even see it through. If I can not feel comfortable with a basic physical I am scared if I actually needed serious medical attention. I will not return. "
