"The front desk staff is very unfriendly. It is very hard to book an appointment. You have to wait for the doctor to call you back to make an appointment. In my case, a PAMF primary care physician recommended that I see Dr Todd urgently and even messaged him to give me a priority appointment. Inspite of that, when I called the front desk and explained my condition and how much pain I was in, they were unsympathetic and brushed me off. They did tell me the doctor would call back the very same day. Guess what neither the doctor nor his assistant called back. The office closes at 5.30 and when I called at 5pm to see if the doctor or nurse or assistant had left me a message, I was told the assistant had already left for the day at 4.30. And she did not bother calling me back. This casual and cavalier treatment was very cruel and left me feeling helpless. I was lucky to find another doctor who took care of me. Never again will I trust this doctor's team."
