Primary Care Doctors - Culver City, CA

"I read reviews about this doctor, but because I'm stuck with Aetna and she's near my house, I decided to take a chance. The staff is rude, they NEVER answer the phone, and I rarely get calls back and have to follow up myself. I have an existing condition that I discussed with the doctor from day 1, and she prescribed me medicine for the initial visit. When it came time to refill the prescription a few months later, I did it through the pharmacy no problem. When it came for the next refill however, my pharmacy said she declined it. When I called the doctor's office to inquire why (after leaving a message, of course), a nurse called me back and said I would have to come in for an appointment if I wanted a refill. I calmly explained that my doctor is aware of this condition and that she refilled it no problem the last time, but the nurse said I'd still have to make an appointment. So I ask if there are any appointments available, and of course there aren't for another two weeks SMH. So I say, well how am I supposed to get this prescription then? The nurse said she would have the doctor call me to discuss....guess what, I'm still waiting on that phone call SMH. Oh and the last time I had an appointment (at 9am, when they open), it was raining outside and I showed up at the door around 8:55. A nurse came to the door and told me they didn't open until 9am, to which I replied "are you really going to make me wait outside in the rain?" She VERY hesitantly let me inside. WTF! I just switched to another PCP, never again with this one."
