Family Medicine practitioners - Corona, CA

"Terrible overall. Very rude and disrespectful. Rushed through the appointment, spent about 15 mins for two new patients, then in the middle of the consultation left, saying she’ll be back, but never did. When asked the nurse, she said she had left for lunch.. She shouldn’t be in medicine."

" I have been going to Dr. Minesinger for 10+ years, since my early 40s. I have had other primary care doctors (due to insurance reasons) and I have always been very happy with her care. I don't recall feeling rushed or discounted at all when discussing any of my concerns. She has been very helpful in helping me understand how some of my medical concerns are impacted by lifestyle, diet, etc. Also, she is not quick to prescribe medications and has worked with me to try and determine if I can eliminate some medications. As long as her office takes my insurance, I will continue to keep Dr. Minesinger as my primary care doctor."

"Horrible, horrible service. Dr. is good but the facility and staff are horrible. Appointments are 2 months out. I've had 2 appointments and both times had to wait over 2 hours from appointment time to see her. This is unacceptable. The staff are rude. Just not worth it. I'm going elsewhere, anywhere but here. I don't recommend."

"Despite it being a very busy appointment day for her and myself mistakenly arriving 30 minutes late for my appointment, she still took the time to make sure I was seen and my history was noted. She’s very efficient and keeps me on track which is appreciated."

"I made the appointment for a physical. Arrived 15 min ahead of time to fill out paperwork. Was called in 45 minutes late, only to sit in a chair and answer questions that I had just arrived early for (to fill out their forms). I had a blood pressure check by someone, then she asked me more of the same questions that I already answered and the blood pressure monitor stayed on my arm the whole time. When I went in to see the doctor I found him in an exam room that was also his office, looked like he was renting space in the building. The doctor had obviously never performed a full physical, this was at best a basic exam that a workmans comp evaluation for billing purposes would give you. They don't draw blood or urinalysis on site, they refer you out. I asked the doctor where my physical was, he suggested that if I disagree with his practice that I could find another doctor. No problem there, there is a lot of doctors out there and I'll find a good one, this one is definitely not for me or my family. Very disappointed in this doctor, his office and in Aetna for having this 'doctor' on their site."
