" I recently enrolled in care under a new 'psychiatrist' after moving to a new city and no longer able to receive care from my previous doctor of 13 years. I suffer from severe panic disorder, with a long documented history of hospitalizations for acute panic attacks, as well as family history of fatal panic attacks/suicides. I have been treated successfully with the same medications for the last 13 years without any incidents. Upon moving, and enrolling with new psychiatrist, I disclosed my needs and after several months of waiting (without medications), I was scheduled for my first appointment. It has now been several more months (without medication) since the appointment, and the physician in question has completely neglected to treat the panic disorder, despite my deteriorating condition, recent hospitalization and loss of drivers license due to the severity and increasing frequency of the panic attacks with loss of consciousness and hospitalizations in the last two months. I am a patient with zero history of substance abuse, and a long and well documented psychiatric transcript. I have suffered from untreated panic disorder for the last five months now since enrolling, and would have been able to receive care and treatment months ago, and avoided unnecessary suffering and other damages had I enrolled with a legitimate psychiatrist elsewhere. "

"I called their office for a new patient appointment for me and my partner. I was told to call a separate number. When I called that I was asked if I need med management or therapy. Well I am not on meds so I am guessing I need therapy. the woman said - the therapist are not accepting new patients. I said I just called the office and they told me to call you to schedule an appointment. The woman asked for the name of the doctor which I stated Dr Paulitsch Buckingham. She gave me a condescending lecture - she is med management not therapy do you understand that? I said her profile lists many approaches which is the appeal. She pressed me to accept Med Management as the approach. I said I don't know what I need. Feeling overwhelmed and discouraged I asked to speak to someone who is more service-oriented and not so bitchy. I got a supervisor who felt the need to lecture me on their business model. I said I don't care what I need a patient appointment to get help. She hung up on me. I guess this company is more interested in controlling people's thinking with their branding and marketing rather than helping people. I wouldn't go to this doctor or anyone else in MindPath Health. "
