"Incredibly unprofessional doctor’s office. Doctor Smith prescribed me a new medication and due to either incomplete clarification or lack of responding to the pharmacy’s inquiries it took this doctor’s office 33 days (5 weeks) to finalize a prescription. All the while my condition and symptoms worsened. Regardless of how many times I followed up to understand the issue postponing this prescription, my queries were always met with deflection, confusion, or inactivity from this office. As someone who deals with a chronic foot issue myself, I know how debilitating a foot issue can be. My experience with this office has only ever caused me additional harm and I won’t recommend this doctor to anyone."
