"We first started seeing Dr. Kubo and the alternate doctors at Golden Valley Medical in November of 2018. They were always great, but for that past year there has been a major shift away from the quality of care we once received there. The front end staff is quite rude, I'm guessing it's due to being understaffed as they are always complaining about their workload and that they do not have time to even manage a cancellation list for more urgent appointments. I've phoned many times and been just hung up on or put on hold and forgotten, it's too bad, because once you can see a doctor they are pretty good there."
