"When I first found out that Dr. Mahoney was a man doctor I was not happy. I had bad experience with guys doctors. Something was telling to give him a try...so I did. He sat down with me and he wanted to know what was going on with me. I told him everything and he listen to me. I was getting sad because all I want to be normal again. He told me that he will try his best to find the answer and told me he will not give up. I never heard that before from a guy doctor. Dr. Mahoney fought for me to get my gallbladder to be removed. He personally talk to the surgical specialist for me to have the surgery. Dr. Mahoney taught me a lesson not all man doctors are not the same. I am so GREATFUL that I met him. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!!! :)"

"Doesn't seem to actually have any medical knowledge and does a search on the computer for everything. Suggests treatments or medications without knowing anything about them and says "you can try.... or ......."and can't answer any questions about them... Then, orders things down the line from the computer without knowing or explaining the purpose of such things. When asked "Why do I need to do that?" or "How will that help?" he got angry and defensive that he was even questioned. But, I think it's more of him being caught that he doesn't actually know anything. He just goes down a computer list even if you've already done some of those things recently and ask him "Why do I need to do that again? I just did it?". Very argumentative, and tries to use his position of power to feel superior and try and force submission on you then writes personal angry opinions on my After Visit Summary instead of any helpful or useful notes or instructions. I believe he's just trying to cover his A but instead, it makes him look childish and unprofessional. After multiple visits in a short time, he provided absolutely no medical assistance, no health advice and no treatment on anything I presented to him. Won't be seeing him again. "

"I think he/they try, but only trying to do what is on a check list form for a PCP office visit. Putting check marks down the list on the computer the whole time without listening or replying to questions or explaining his/their decisions for necessary or un-necessary orders or plan of care. I have a lack of confidence in either of these Yusufzai Brothers, Sultan and Mohammad, that took over this practice in Auburn, CA. Scheduling is pretty easy, the staff is really nice and tries to be helpful, but they seem to be afraid of the Doctors. I've had prescriptions sent to the wrong place, referrals sent to Doctors out of my network, and it takes months for this office and Doctors to acknowledge the errors. 'm still waiting for corrections. Unless you're in the office, they won't do anything to correct issues or answer any questions. When I've questioned actions, plans, or un-necessary orders or misinformation I was seen as defiant and a problem patient. They make note of their thoughts in your permanent medical record. They have their check list for office visits and there will be no deviation from that check list no matter what I've asked or questioned and for healthy folks, that's probably great. But for Chronic patients that is not acceptable. They won't fill maintenance meds for more than 90 days making you come in to the office for a billable visit when it's not necessary, and they want excessive "follow up" visits, when there is nothing that needs to be followed up on. "
