Surgeons - Tucson, AZ

"I went to this Dr. in hopes of getting answers to a problem and left feeling disrespected and had no guidance as to my situation. He said he can't help me and actually gave me no guidance as to where to go and left no real explanation of my problems. Each time I opened my mouth to ask a question or to provide information he stopped, looked at me in a cold way and stared as it was not my place to interact with him. In the end he gave me absolutely no guidance as to what to do but did leave me scared as he mentioned "several surgeries". I feel that he actually wanted nothing to do with my situation as he felt that since he couldn't do whatever needed to be done in his office that he did not want to deal any further. I was in his office less than 5 minutes and left feeling defeated as a patient with no answers yet he certainly took my co=pay without hesitation giving me simply a bad day in his office in return. No answers, no help and the stink eye because I dared to ask questions and show my concern. It seems like he missed the part in med school where they teach you how to listen, interact and have empathy for those you treat. What a day, I hope that others are treated better than I was. When I asked another doctor who I had an appointment with later in the day they said it sounds like this guy should retire, I agree as he is not very good at what he does. He certainly messed up my quest to get some help and should be ashamed of himself. "
