Surgeons - Show Low, AZ

"I hardly ever write reviews but couldn't help myself because of how poor of an experience this was. Showed up at his Chandler office and the front door was locked. Sign on the door that said 'please use side door'. Walk around through the side entrance and no one is to be found. 2 laptops up and not locked(anyone worried about their personal information?). I find my way to the waiting area and someone greats me a few mins later. I am guessing they were on a smoke break? As I am filling out my paperwork an inmate is escorted in by 2 armed guards. Sure they need help too but thought it was an interesting side bar...not my actual complaint. The whole reason I scheduled the appointment was because I wanted to complete a Vasectomy in 2016 and NOT 2017. I was assured multiple times that I could be seen for the initial visit and come back in 3 hours the same day to complete the procedure. I waited for Doctor Niemczyk to be seen for an HOUR...he did the exam in 3 minutes and asked when I wanted to do the procedure. I responded that it was happening today and he informed me that there was only 1 'kit' and it was for someone else?!?! But that was the whole reason I scheduled this day in the first place. He apologized and blamed their new receptionist. She actually scheduled me for a week after, while I was scheduled to be out of town for Vacation so of course I would have NOT scheduled that day. Huge waste of my time, dirty office, Dr. Niemczyk did not even seem confident in his ability to perform the procedure. AVOID!!!"
