"Worst experience ever with a medical provider. Front office staff are incompetent and rude. Doctor's and physicians assistants are incapable of completing a simple request to write a script for an autistic child's therapy services. Even after two appointments, and a written example of the script needed to satisfy the state requirements, the script was not written correctly. In order to get the script corrected they wanted us to make a third appointment, pay a third office visit fee, and then maybe the script would be written as requested by the state. So in effect, we would be paying $450.00 in office visit fees, in order to receive a script for therapies my child has required/received for years. A simple 3 minute brainless activity was turned into a 3 month fiasco by this medical provider office. It's as if this practice is selling scripts rather than providing them for medically needed services. (Unethical comes to mind?!)"
