"I'm looking for a primary care physician and am very seldom in need of care. I saw Dr. Bailey's 4.5 star reviews and called and was told that there is a $1,800 "Membership Fee" that must be paid EACH year. "For what?" I asked. I mentioned that he is in my insurance's network. The receptionist said it would cover stuff that insurance doesn't. I said, I'm the guy who has been sick one day in his life. Why would I want to pay $1,800 a year when I'll never be seeing the guy? Perhaps if I was a REALLY REALLY sick person this might make sense, but I'm not. "

"Great doctor! Highly recommend! She spends a lot of time with her patients. She listens, takes care of any and every issue, she is kind and funny. The office is great! The staff is so helpful and caring. You walk in the office and feel better just sitting in the lobby listening to beautiful music surrounded with bright art work. "

"I can only speak to my experience trying to book an appointment with Dr. Fontious. The office staff - Becky - kept asking about and in comments said to me talked poorly of working with Aetna insurance. After 10 minutes of this I find out the exam I needed (an annual prostate exam), is something this (family practice) doctor does not perform. This surprised me, as the doctors website mentions family medicine, routine gynological exams, and other annual procedures one would assume a family doctor would do? When Becky told me the doctor doesn’t perform that specific test, she got very awkward and defensive when I asked why Dr Fontius chooses to perform some basic procedures but not others. I’m left with the impression by this outfit they they don’t want to deal with certain insurance companies, and they pick and choose what they do and don’t do. They’re looking out for #1, and that didn’t feel like that was me."

In fact, a few years ago when I was working for HonorHealth, our insurance changed and he was no longer in-network, but I still paid out of pocket to continue to see him because it is genuinely hard to find a good provider with whom you click with these days! Highly recommend establishing care with Dr O'Leary."
