"The worst office possible. They are always understaffed, the staff acts like they are doing you a favor. They hardly answer phones, they don't refill your prescriptions unless you asked them to (even for those who have to take medication continuously), their billing system is terrible, overall the worst doctor experience ever. The cherry on top is that the NP and the Dr. don't seem to be on the same page for my diagnosis. They don't really care to help you or treat the root cause, they just want your money and they want you to keep going back. "

Even when I had requested multiple times to see the actual doctor, they still sent me to the PA. Plus, they charged me full-price as if I had seen the doctor, which I learned was legal. I never went back. Promising a doctor's time but then offering lesser services (even despite my explicit requests to the contrary) may be a savvy business model for profit, but it's not great for patients. If the office had honored my repeated requests over multiple visits to see the doctor, then I would've stayed with her. The office broke too many promises for me to go back.
