He and his office worked through the multiple upper endoscopies I needed and tracked my health progress working forward. "Dr. Cruz's staff began with me by referring me to a doctor who did not accept my Advantage plan. It is almost impossible to reach their staff to discuss issues such as this one. From there, the several referrals had similar issues. I'd block out my calendar for tests and procedures to find, day before, again my insurance won't cover the test. Now, a phone call this morning from her office that she is no longer working with my insurance coverage. My advice, find someone else!! She was fine, but her staff was terrible."
