"First, Dr. Kahn told my husband that epidurals work best when done consecutively as close together as possible. Unfortunately insurance makes that difficult with the approval process. Instead of being on top of it, this office cancelled several follow up appointments, submitted insufficient documentation, did not communicate or return phone calls. Additionally, they make you pay an estimated cost upfront and it's always more than insurance approves, so now they owe me money for overpayment but the billing department doesn't answer the phone. When I told them I would be finding another provider and reviewing them appropriately, the office girl actually laughed at me. Hopefully this review will save someone a bad experience."
