"Customer service is horrible, the lady was rude and seem to be in hurry when I tried explaining I had two issues that needed to be serviced. Husband is an existing patient and has stated that the service there is horrible. Also I tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient and waiting list is a year!"

"Had an appointment as a new patient. Was told to arrive at 7:45. No one showed up to office until 8:10. My appointment was at 8:15. An hour later Dr comes out asking about urgent matters. I asked when he was gonna start seeing actual scheduled appointments he became rude and said I don’t know. "
