"My physician advised me to get a baseline colorectal screening. I’d never had one and was overdue. When I asked Dr. Venkatesh if I am a good candidate for the much less invasive Cologuard screening, he informed I am. He stated that it is the US Government who determines a procedure’s cost. He also stated, “What they don’t tell you,” (in Cologuard ads) is that if an issue is detected in the Cologuard screening, my insurance company will not pay for a colonoscopy—which is false. I confirmed this with my insurance representative. It was NO surprise that he erroneously assigned a diagnostic code to my office visit charge and refused to correct it when contacted directly by my insurance company. It’s almost as if he intentionally jammed me up because I refused to start with a full blown colonoscopy procedure. Bad form."

"I visited Arizona State Urological Institute on 3/28 at about 9:53am for a 10am appointment and was treated so unprofessionally by the woman at the front desk that I left before seeing Dr. Hsu for a consult. When I arrived at the office I was rudely informed that it takes 15 minutes to complete new patient paperwork. I’m not sure what the point of this was as she did not ask if I would like to reschedule my appointment, so I can only presume she wanted to just let me know, which I kindly replied that this is the first time anyone mentioned it, and apologized. Next was when she asked for my ID and insurance card and I informed her that I only had an electronic insurance card. The scoff and eye roll could’ve been heard down the block. It was extremely unprofessional. I decided right there to cancel my appointment and leave. Thankfully there are many other options available that will likely provide more professionalism and respect, particularly considering the low bar that is set here. "

"This is for Dr. Jessica L. Prebish. I purchased orthotics for both feet late in 2020. I have really high arches and need them for support. The staff was easy to deal with and professional. My compliant is the shoe inserts cause back and feet issues. I though I had purchased the wrong shoes and changed them several times to other brands. The foot pain got to the point that I couldn't walk much more 5 minutes without pain. At the time I didn't suspect the insert were the problem. After buying a few new pairs of shoes I tried replacing the expensive shoe inserts with and older pair I had. After a month my feet were back to normal. This took me 11 months to discover the inserts, that I paid quite a bit of money for, were what was causing my issues. I sent an email to the office telling of my issues and never received a response. "
