"We've been to Dr. Hicks twice now. Once for an illness & once for a sports physical. Both times, we really enjoyed her as a Dr. Her humor is kind of strange though...my son (14yrs) was trying to lighten the mood of the room & she just stared at him and then said, "what are you doing?" We laughed about it when we left. He's very comfortable being her patient. She knows what she's doing, gets it done and gets us out of the office in a timely fashion. She's young, which makes kids more comfortable, I think. She's soft spoken. With him being a teenager, she does ask him most of the questions, which I like...I don't like it when people talk to the parents instead of the kids if the kids are able to speak for themselves. "
