"I saw this Dr. on Tuesday, I had been on b.p. meds for 3 weeks(a doc-n-a-box) had diagnosed me with high bp. Dr. McQueen is a part of a multi doc practice, their desk people handled me very quickly, there was paperwork to do because I was a new patient, but they all did a super job. When I finished the paperwork, I was in a room in less than 10 minutes, and a nice lady asked me all of the upfront questions, mostly med history. She left, and 2 minutes later, Doc's wife Hanna(nurse practioner Hanna) came into the room and talked to me about more med. history. She left, and very shortly after Dr. Nich. came in, and he spent prob 15 minutes chatting with me about my current problems, and my med history. Up until now, I really have never had a primary care doctor, but now I promise you I have a doctor in Dr. Nich. and his wife Hanna. After he finished talking to me about my current problems, he asked if I had time for a blood draw, and also a hea, rt echo cardiograph. I agreed to everything that he asked, after all, he is my doc who is trying very hard to help me live longer. I am due back to see the McQueens in 3 weeks, and I will absolutely be there. The practice that Dr. McQueen works with has alot of testing capability in there office, so if you need an x-ray or something, its all right there. "

"Staff can't seem to get my prescriptions or office visit dates correct. Don't complain, it will only get worse."
