Had a scheduled appointment that was canceled. Had MBTA issues getting to rescheduled appointment. Called ahead to indicate I was likely going to be late. After checking in for covid protocols, paying my copay, got to their desk 12 minutes late and was refused to be seen. This place is ALWAYS late with us, they cancel on you, yet refuse you service. Time to see a new practice.
