The DR is great. She was extremely compassionate and helpful with my birth control procedure. However, the staff has done nothing but set up appointments that never get solved. I was supposed to have a follow up done mid May, it’s July, and time and time again I’ve been scheduled to a different day due to Dr.aledyandra being on call for pregnancies. It wasn’t until the 4th delay, a month and a half after the recommended time to see her, that front staff were rude over the phone and placed me on a day she wasn’t on call. Only to not be notified of my appointment (even when all other appointments were given extensive reminders through email, phone text, and even a call 2 hours in advance, only to advise you 5 minutes before your appointment that you have to be rescheduled) Phone number for contemporary women’s care does not work/ is never answered by receptionists. And the address has not been updated since they moved locations.
