Pediatric Ophthalmologists - Cedar Park, TX

"Our 5yo daughter was diagnosed with pediatric cataracts in both eyes and we knew she'd be needing cataract surgery in the near future. Turns out things were a lot worse off than we had first suspected and Dr. Geloneck was the doctor who helped us determine the best course of treatment for our daughter. Her down-to-earth explanation of the issues, her prescription for treatment options and suggestions all came across as very genuine and in our daughter's best interest. Post surgery we couldn't have imagined a care provider having a better bed-side manner in regard to how our daughter was treated and the attention to her needs.\r \r The only downside we've experienced has been her office's lack of punctuality in regard to meeting appointment times. We have 3 children, (5,3 and 1) and my wife has sat in both the waiting room and then the appointment room for nearly 2 hours in the past before being seen. We realize there are others with needs that may outweigh ours but at the very least we expect some sort of communication around delays and maybe a sense of priority when it comes to her office meeting a designated and agreed upon appointment time.\r \r In spite of all this, her professionalism and the way she interacts with our children wins us over. We'll continue seeing Dr. Geloneck as long as our children need to have their eyes attended to."
